@Autistic_Lauren I have prepared this to say: "oh wow! You didn't have to 😊 ...but I'm really glad you did 🥹 Thank you so much" & then a hug.
It lands well (I only get gifts from people very close to me so it is genuine).
It's not as anxiety-inducing stunned mullet all eyes on me if I do that.
Before pride month starts im just gonna say this:
-men’s mental health month is in November
-straight pride isn’t a thing. Nobody has ever been oppressed or killed for being straight
-veterans get 2 months. May and November
So do some research before complaining :)
Rizo: I love Cirie, but come on she’s one of the greatest players ever. She almost flipped the script to get Aubry out, but in the end, I out-Ciried Cirie.
Joe: Tiff, you wanna talk?
Tiffany: No
#Survivor50 Finale Sneak Peek 1
My husband demanded a DNA test for our youngest son.
He said it “wasn’t personal.”
“If you’ve got nothing to hide, it shouldn’t matter.”
I told him:
“You’re accusing me of cheating.”
He insisted it was only for his “peace of mind.”
So I agreed.
The results came back.
99.9999%.
He was the father.
He smiled.
“See? Now I can stop worrying.”
I handed him divorce papers.
“Good. And now I can stop pretending this marriage is built on trust.”
Later, our son asked me:
“Mom… why does Dad think I’m not his?”
That question broke me.
My husband begged me not to leave.
“You’re ending our family over a test?”
I said:
“No. I’m ending it because you looked at your wife and saw a liar… and your son as a question mark.”
Months later, he asked if we could spend Christmas together.
Before I could answer, our son said:
“No.”
“I want to be around people who never needed proof to love me.”
The DNA test proved he was the father.
But it also proved something else.
Biology can confirm paternity.
It cannot make someone act like a father.
One of the many things I love about Cirie is, whether on an island, in a house, or in a castle, she's always been immensely grateful for the show that took a chance on her 20 years ago. An environment that allowed us, and her, to realize how much of a badass she truly is
It's what brought her back for a record sixth time on #Survivor50. And it's how she put together perhaps her most impressive game ever.
Cirie came into #Survivor50 as an extreme outlier in an uneven cast. Her legend status preceded her. She should’ve been gone night 1.
Instead, she lasted 12 episodes. For 11 weeks they let her run rampant, floating like a butterfly, swinging like a pendulum & deciding the votes. She dodged twists, read bluffs & ingratiated to the point of unparalleled individual dominance. She was a bright spot in an often frustrating season. She added to her extensive resume, showed new sides of her brilliance & gave us 11 weeks we shouldn’t have had. In that time, she brought us all a lot of joy. For that, I’ll always be grateful.
Chin up Cirie nation. We’re the lucky ones #Survivor
Last month in Virginia, the people made their voices heard at the ballot box and voted for new Congressional maps.
Today, the Virginia Supreme Court ignored the will of the people and overturned those democratically chosen maps.
This ruling gives a boost to Donald Trump's effort to rig the 2026 elections and the Republicans' long game to attack voting rights.
We are rightfully outraged, but we will not give up. We must continue our fight to restore the power of the people.
I’ve come around on Rizo’s decision to cut Ozzy. Modern #Survivor has such a truncated end game, with no pure rounds, double tribals & the last vote at 5. He doesn’t have a lot of time to take out his threats, as someone who’s always up against it with the jury. He also clearly is important to Joe & seemingly others to move forward with more beatable options #Survivor50
