#NationalFirstRespondersDay carries a heavier impact as a Mainer this year. We were just faced with a senseless tragedy, a horrific mass shooting.

Through it, first responders acted with selfless bravery. Thank you all for your service to our communities.

The Maine shelter in place order has been expanded beyond Androscoggin County to include Northern Sagadahoc too. We’re safe, but this is certainly unnerving.

Grateful for law enforcement and first responders working tirelessly for our community. Thinking of everyone affected.

Three years ago today I said bye to my father without realizing it would be the last. Two weeks later, life would unexpectedly change forever. Time hasn’t made it any easier. Hug your loved ones and appreciate your parents while you have them.
