Good news for us @GETPEAKAIO today, it looks like I'll be back in a big company again.

[PEAKAIO @GETPEAKAIO]

PEAK:AIO has agreed to be acquired by NetApp.

Meanwhile the AI work continues. We're at SNIA SDC next week presenting pNFS Lattice with Los Alamos National Laboratory, and hosting the pNFS Birds of a Feather on Monday evening.

We'd love to see you there.

New York banks used to throw 2U servers in the skip. Now they're pulling them apart for components.

Efficiency is more important than ever and that's a huge opportunity for PEAK:AIO and our customers.

Great piece today in @BlocksAndFiles. Link below.

@Chris_Mellor I'm always surprised at big event keynotes by the focus on hyperscale — the numbers are awesome, but some of the most interesting AI stories are the researchers, hospitals and smaller deployments that must feel pretty left out.
The majority of real AI work happens at that scale.

@denkmit @michaelbuck1990 Please Simon, the FIRST time I fractured my skull was in a hurling practice at school, in Tyrone. Thanks to Brother Moroney for letting me finish the session before I went to the hospital.

My goal from attending these launches is creating unique photos and photo composites that illustrate their power and beauty… like this composite from flight 5.

If you want to see my shots from flight 9 before anyone else, join my email list here: https://t.co/vYfKRbFN1h

I’ve been in a lot of meetings in my life. I’d say this was easily the best one ever.

5 street dogs in Thailand who could all be dead all now heading off to their forever homes in the coming weeks.

Not all is bad in the world 🥰🙏 (10/10)

@sogrady "Dr Party" - I wonder where she gets her sense of humor from.

I'm so very glad you're all doing well, this was a roller coaster of a read.

[we're done here @monkchips]

I just actually laughed out loud. Absolutely have to try this.
