Nah, Moyes is a different type of terrorist. You benched all three wingers to play a midfielder there to combat PEP CHAVARRIA as if he's Neymar, when he's a defender. Just for him to miss the game. To top it off, being this negative at home #HangYourJerseyUp
This was Rio Ferdinand talking about David Moyes 8 years ago. This is exactly what he did yesterday with the starting line up. This loser mentality is why he will never be successful at our club.
He’s not developed as a manager at all, football has changed.

Manchester City auditors under spotlight per @FT.
Ironically last year the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales brought out a training film involving dodgy dealings at a football club called Crossing The Line.

Different out-of-possession shape from Alonso today against Bournemouth. Chelsea are utilising a 4-4-2 zonal block rather than a five-back, which is the shape we've seen in the Premier League. It's a good set-up if Chelsea have the intent to transition from a zonal block to pressing man-man. However, Chelsea have preferred to be passive rather than active defensively. This is of course due to the influence of the game state. Having doubled their lead within the first couple of minutes, it's understandable to be conservative for now.
As for Bournemouth, I think they have opportunities to create tensions centrally in Chelsea's block. First, they're able to retain possession due to the initial 3v2 overload against Chelsea's front line. Second, Bournemouth should attempt to create a 3v2 overload against Chelsea's midfield. For this, Adams would need to step up and a central forward (Rayan/Evanilson) must drop low while the other threatens beyond.
They've tried this at times in the first half but haven't been effective on the ball. Thus, Chelsea have found it easy to control the game off the ball - a concept I've touched before. If or when Bournemouth create more threats, I wonder how Alonso might react. To swing the momentum of the game, it would be wise to trigger a man-man press when the situation is there. Also, on another note, Chelsea have looked so threatening on the attacking transition today.
Anyway, long way to go.
It’s funny how the tacticos on here proclaim Ronaldo as overrated in terms of technical ability, ball-striking/finishing, IQ/decision making, and athleticism all at once. Just lucked his way into 1k goals.

On Wednesday, just hours after the verdict officially confirming Manchester City’s guilt, the Commission responsible for Portugal's witness protection programme informed me of its decision to terminate my participation in the programme and withdraw my police protection, thereby knowingly placing me in a life-threatening situation.
Given these circumstances, I have no alternative but to relocate, within the next few days, to an undisclosed location for an indefinite period of time, due to the multiple death threats I have received and the serious risk of an assassination attempt against me.
For this reason, I have just set up a GoFundMe campaign and I am asking for everyone's support to help me survive this serious situation created by the Portuguese State, which, as I have already stated, has knowingly decided to place my life at risk.
I would like to take this opportunity to extend a special thanks to everyone who continues to support Football Leaks, and I can give everyone one guarantee: the fight will most certainly continue!

The whole football world knew the semi final with Chelsea & Barcelona was corrupt, 4 stonewall penalties but as usual Chelsea & Jose were the enemy of football for having the audacity to call out the bent referee
🚨💣 JUST IN: Cristiano Ronaldo’s close friend @EduAguirre7 explains WHY RONALDO LEFT PORTUGAL’S CAMP:
“In a private meeting with Cristiano, the Portugal FA President and Jorge Jesus, Jorge asked Cristiano for FORGIVENESS after making him warm up for 30 minutes without bringing him on.
He also PROMISED Cristiano he would publicly apologize in his press conference, admit he made a MISTAKE and clarify everything.
But Jorge did NOT keep his promise.
Instead, Cristiano felt he said things that were NOT TRUE and tried to show publicly that he was in control and Cristiano was ‘just another player.’
That made Cristiano angry.
Cristiano feels BETRAYED. Jorge apologized to him privately, promised to do the same publicly and then did the opposite.
So Cristiano decided: he’s going HOME.
For him, it’s a BETRAYAL.”

People always say Roman was the first of a new breed of owners; because of the huge sums invested. But in some ways he was the last of an older breed. A wealthy man who bought a football club because he loved football, not as a financial play.
🚨🎙️😭 Diletta Leotta to Ruben Amorim: “I have to say, I actually like the way you communicate. You don’t look for excuses — if anything, you look for confrontation and open discussion. Even yesterday, you addressed a journalist directly.”
