@keithrpillow @kthomason1212 @MensHealthMag Dancing in an active DJ set for me burns about 350 calories an hour. Running a 10K takes an hr + burns about 850 calories. Swimming 45 minutes in 58-60F water = 1 mi, 700 calories. Cycling really depends on how much elevation I tackle it's like 15 mi + 600 calories per hr.
