30ml Cooper King x Skosh Smoked & Spiced Gin
30 ml Campari
45ml grapefruit juice
15ml lemon juice
15ml Simple syrup
Stir them all together with ice, top with soda water & lemon twist to garnish

We're growing! Three new people have joined the Cooper King team: Will and Jamie in Production and Zoe in Marketing. There are suddenly quite a few people to fit round the table for our meetings - a long way from the early days in 2018 when it was just Chris and Abbie.

Everything is gloriously green around the distillery right now, and it puts us in the mood for an ice cold Herb Gin G&T. It's got fresh basil, a hint of fragrant lemongrass and aromatic clove in there, and it couldn't be a better gin for spring.

This recent run of fantastic weather has been great - partly because we can have our lunch outside - but mainly because it means all our whisky and gin production is being powered for free BY THE SUN!

Last year we installed 40kWh of solar panels on the distillery roofs and a 30kWh battery system. The power they generate will contribute greatly to the distilling of our carbon-negative #gin and net zero energy #whisky.
