That’s a bell for the bicycle to warn people you are coming up behind them! It attaches to the handlebar and use your thumb to move the lever and ring the bell. We were only allowed to ride the sidewalks, not the streets. So the sidewalks dipped down to street level at roads and driveways. Those were the days!!!

A grapefruit spoon. You go around each section of the halved grapefruit and scoop out the pulp and the juice. The section membrane is left behind. Don’t forget to squeeze the empty half to get any remaining juice. Also, it’s good for getting the spaghetti squash hollowed out and for fine detail on a jack ‘o lantern! Don’t forget hollowing out zucchini boats!
