ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଅଞ୍ଚଳକୁ ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ଓ ବିଶୁଦ୍ଧ ପାନୀୟ ଜଳ ପହଞ୍ଚାଇବା ହିଁ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ସରକାରର ସଂକଳ୍ପ। AMRUT 2.0 ରେ କ୍ରମାଗତ ଭାବେ ଦେଶରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ସ୍ଥାନ, ୧୦୦% ପାଇପ୍ ପାନୀୟ ଜଳ ସଂଯୋଗ, ‘ଡ୍ରିଙ୍କ ଫ୍ରମ୍ ଟ୍ୟାପ୍’ ସେବା ଏବଂ ୨୪×୭ ପାନୀୟ ଜଳ ଯୋଗାଣ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଜୀବନମାନରେ ଆସିଛି ଗୁଣାତ୍ମକ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ। ସ୍ମାର୍ଟ ଜଳ ପରିଚାଳନା ଓ IIT ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ସହ ଭାଗୀଦାରିରେ ଉଚ୍ଚମାନର ପାନୀୟ ଜଳ ଯୋଗାଣକୁ ଆହୁରି ସୁଦୃଢ଼ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଜନସେବାକୁ ପ୍ରାଥମିକତା ଦେଇ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ସରକାର ଗଢ଼ୁଛନ୍ତି ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ, ସୁସ୍ଥ, ସ୍ମାର୍ଟ ଓ ସମୃଦ୍ଧ ଓଡ଼ିଶା।

ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଆଜି ଦେଶର ଅନ୍ୟତମ ଅଗ୍ରଣୀ ତଥା ପସନ୍ଦଯୋଗ୍ୟ ନିବେଶ ଗନ୍ତବ୍ୟ ଭାବେ ନିଜର ସ୍ଥିତି ସୁଦୃଢ଼ କରୁଛି । ରାଜ୍ୟର ଶିଳ୍ପ ଅଭିବୃଦ୍ଧିକୁ ଅଧିକ ଗତିଶୀଳ କରିବା ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟରେ ୧୪୮ ତମ SLSWCA ବୈଠକରେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରର ପ୍ରମୁଖ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ମଞ୍ଜୁରୀ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଏହି କ୍ରମରେ ଖୋର୍ଦ୍ଧାରେ HCL Technologies ର ଗ୍ଲୋବାଲ୍ ଡେଭଲପମେଣ୍ଟ ସେଣ୍ଟର ସ୍ଥାପନ ନେଇ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଛି, ଯାହା ରାଜ୍ୟର ବୈଷୟିକ ଦୃଶ୍ୟପଟରେ ଏକ ନୂତନ ଅଧ୍ୟାୟ ଯୋଡ଼ିବ। ଏହି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପଗୁଡ଼ିକ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ରାଜ୍ୟର ନିପୁଣ ଯୁବଶକ୍ତି ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟାପକ ସମ୍ଭାବନା ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେବା ସହିତ ସନ୍ତୁଳିତ ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ବିକାଶର ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଆହୁରି ସୁସଂଗଠିତ ଓ ତ୍ୱରାନ୍ୱିତ ହେବ।

At the 148th Meeting of the State Level Single Window Clearance Authority (#SLSWCA), the Government of Odisha approved 23 major industrial projects with a total investment of ₹4,573.87 crore.

✅ Significant investments in the textile and apparel sector are set to generate over 10,000 employment opportunities, further strengthening Odisha's manufacturing ecosystem.

In a major development aimed at simplifying overseas travel and expanding global access for citizens Bhubaneswar Airport has been selected by the Ministry of Civil Aviation as one of the five spoke airports under the newly introduced Hub-and-Spoke Model. This strategic framework streamlines international journeys by integrating immigration and baggage procedures at the local level, substantially reducing transit friction and consolidating Odisha's standing in the national aviation ecosystem.

Key Details :
✅ One-time Customs, Immigration, and Baggage Check-in completed directly at Bhubaneswar Airport
✅ Dual boarding passes issued at origin for both domestic and onward international sectors
✅ Direct automated baggage transfer to connecting international flights at the hub
✅ Delhi designated as the primary hub, with onward international connections scheduled within a 4-hour transit window
✅ Service rollout to commence initially with Air India’s Delhi-bound flight, with provision for expansion to additional airlines

This initiative significantly enhances passenger convenience, eliminates repetitive multi-tier transit formalities, and further elevates Bhubaneswar's position as a prominent gateway to the world.
