In partnership with @FAANews (FAA), CMS has announced that the Air Ambulance Quality and Patient Safety Advisory Committee has released its recommendations to help strengthen quality, patient safety, and clinical capability standards for air ambulance services. Established under the No Surprises Act, the Committee brought together experts from healthcare, aviation, patient advocacy, and emergency medical services to examine how air ambulance care can better support patients when every second counts.
