Chief Minister today laid the foundation stone of an Auction Platform at the Mega Fruit & Vegetable Mandi, Aglar, Shopian, to be constructed at a cost of ₹3.12 crore. The facility will strengthen marketing infrastructure, improve trading efficiency and benefit fruit growers across the region.

Chief Minister today virtually inaugurated and laid the foundation stones of 12 development projects worth ₹73.30 crore in Shopian. These projects across road infrastructure, drinking water supply, urban development, agriculture and public infrastructure will strengthen connectivity, improve civic amenities and enhance public services across the district.
Chief Minister today chaired a comprehensive review meeting of District Shopian to assess the progress of developmental works, public service delivery and the implementation of key government schemes. The meeting focused on expediting infrastructure development, strengthening essential public services and ensuring the timely completion of ongoing projects to deliver tangible benefits to the people of the district.
