Varsity Softball split with BVSW!

Game 1: 3-2

Emily Moley went 1-2 with a 2 run home-run in the bottom of the third giving the Thunder a 3-2 lead. Sidney Chaitman pitched all 7 innings for the Thunder, getting the win!

Game 2: 1-8

Varsity softball swept Mill Valley last night!

Game 1: 12-6
Emily Moley led the team with 2 hits and 2 RBI’s. Sidney Chaitman also had 2 hits with 2 RBI’s. Stella Gansen got the win in the circle pitching 4 innings with Sideny Chaitman coming in in relief.

Game 2: 3-1
Sidney Chaitman pitched a 2 hitter going all 7 innings with 3 strike outs. The Thunder scored all 3 of its runs in the top of the 6th. Maggie Orth’s single scored 2 of the 3 runs in the 6th!

The 8-2 Thunder take on Bishop Miege tomorrow for another double header!

Varsity Softball swept Bishop Ward last night!

Game 1: 15-0
Game 2: 19-0

In the first game, Hazel McIntire drove in 5 runs on two hits. Emily Moley hit a 2 run homerun. Gracie Brown also had 2 hits. Stella Gansen won in the circle giving up one hit in 3 innings and striking out 5.

In the second game, Ellery Green went 3-3, driving in 4 runs. Gracie Brown and Stella Gansen also had 3 hits in the game. Sidney Chaitman was the winning pitcher, giving up 1 hit in three innings and striking out 7.

Way to go, ladies! #GoThunder

SJA Softball swept a double header over BVNW!

In the 1st game SJA scored 3 runs on 7 hits to defeat the Huskies 3-1. Stella Gansen picked up the win in the circle scattering 8 hits while striking out 2. The offense was lead by Emily Moley who went 3-4 with a double and Gracie Brown 2-4 with a run scored.

In the 2nd game the Thunder won 13-0. Sidney Chaitman lead the way pitching with a 4-hit shutout, striking out 7 and walking none in a game called after 5 innings due to the mercy rule. Chaitman helped her cause driving in 4 runs on 3 hits. Riley Kerwin (double, 3 runs) and Gracie Brown (double, run, rbi) had 2 hits each.

Way to go ladies!

@SouthwestAir we flew into Punta Cana on 3/9 and out of PC on 3/16. I needed a wheelchair due to an injury & Raphel Delarosario helped us both times! He was amazing and top notch service from him. I hope this reaches who it needs to so they know, well done!!
