@ATTCares if you make a change to your acct in an ATT store and the next day see the change email and realize that it is wrong, how do you get help? Called customer service they cannot help until after a new bill is processed. Tried to call the ATT store and no one will answer
People of good character make mistakes. And so do people who lack good character. Everyone makes mistakes. But people of good character are willing to humble themselves, admit mistakes, and repair hurt and harm caused by their actions.
So how many times does it take to call @CA_DMV to make an appointment??? I am now on my fourth call each time having to wait 2 weeks to allow them the time to set up the appointment per their process!!!! #unacceptable#CUSTOMERSERVICEFAIL
