CTDI has plans to invest $44 million to build a 400,000 square foot facility which is projected to create 400 new jobs. Construction is expected to begin mid 2026 and the building will be able to expand in the future if necessary.

A recent partnership between Goodwill and Anvil Trailers has been made to bolster the manufacturing production of Anvil Trailers through a new facility which will increase production from 6 to 36 trailers a day.

BWF Envirotech recently broke ground in April for a new $9 million, 65,000 square foot facility, which is expected to create more than 60 jobs as this new facility provides area for growth.
