Our Board of Trustees has named Frank Almaraz as Interim President & CEO, effective immediately.
Frank rejoined CPS Energy in February 2026 as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and previously worked at our company from 2011 to 2022, with his last role being Chief Power, Sustainability, and Business Development Officer. Outgoing President & CEO Rudy D. Garza will remain with the company through June 30, 2026, to support the leadership transition.
