I have attended as part of the Assata Shakur Brigade to bring practical solidarity and 20 suitcases of vital supplies to support the Cuban Revolution against the genocidal US blockade.

The barbarism of the imperialists I've witnessed here does not come as bombs from the sky, but as the preventable deaths of thousands of infants in hospitals across this nation. This is the direct result of the blockade, a policy of murder carried out by the monsters in Washington DC.

I look forward to returning to Britain to continue the vital work of defending this revolution at home, as part of my Party, my brigade and the Cuba Solidarity Campaign. This is the responsibility of every communist in Britain, and of every friend of peace, sovereignty and the struggle for socialism worldwide."
