@CSIR_NPL#JIGYASA Summer Internship Programme 2026 (8–19 June) successfully concluded with 69 students from 19 Delhi-NCR schools.
Over the two-week internship, the young participants engaged with scientists and researchers, gaining first-hand exposure to scientific experimentation, measurement science, advanced research facilities, and, most importantly, the process of scientific inquiry. The programme also included an interactive session with the Director, @CSIR_NPL, providing students with valuable insights into scientific research and career pathways. Students further participated in scientific quiz and elocution competitions organized on the occasion of Dr. K. S. Krishnan Memorial Day.
The internship program provided a unique opportunity for students to experience research beyond the classroom through hands-on activities, project work, laboratory exposure, and meaningful interactions with the scientific community, thereby fostering curiosity, and an appreciation for scientific research.
Congratulations to all participants, and best wishes for their future academic and professional endeavors!
