@airindia I’m all for transformation and patience but the aircraft on AI4209 del to dubai today needs attention. Aircon, bad screens, I don’t think it passes the bar to be on fleet anymore without upgrade.
I’m otherwise a fan but this was BAD
@airindia you need to look at the upgrade flow on your app. Completely broken and disconnected. It has my flight detail but asks me to fill everything and the shows this
@ETMONEY This was resolved however portfolio in new version does not show up correct specially external. Think the new version should have been tested better
@airvistara regular affair at Delhi airport of not using aerobridge. UK 818 just landed and again step ladder and bus. Such a wastage of time ... Almost everytime I land with Vistara in Delhi
@airvistara Thanks Anjum. When one travels by premium airline landing at t3 one has expectation that these things re handled. Understand not your problem. Is it local airport management @DelhiAirport

They took my email id (which was in travel record )
Also asked for screen shot for my boarding pass
No email yet couple of hours later

You inform us of a 10 hour delay when we have all checked in at gate. Then you say you’ll provide hotel and the whole process took 3 hours. It’s 345 pm and after a hotel voucher we are waiting for a taxi. Pathetic.
