@CALFIREBDU responded to a remote hiking trail above the Crafton Hills Reservoir for a patient suffering a medical emergency. Utilizing an off road utility vehicle and with the assistance of @SBSAR @sbcountysheriff firefighters were able to reach the patient for evaluation.
