@SlobberHawgg Well yeah if all athletes were scholarship athletes they got compensation. And if compensation was an overpriced education. I have deeper thoughts on the link between higher learning institutes and sports. But iโll save those for a different time
@SlobberHawgg well.. yeah lol but I also generally support reparations for any person exploited or harmed by government institutions. Holding governments accountable is a big deal to me
@awireman If by โfrom schoolsโ you mean public money, youโre right (unless athletes are to be considered state employees) But schools generate revenue outside of public funds (like boosters, tickets, merchandise etc).
