@WarMonitor3 There is no negotiation. The U.S. WILL tell the IRGC what to do and they WILL do it. The negotiation is only about what the IRGC delegation will be allowed to say. Likely US will agree to give Iran some frozen funds and agree that U.S. will not seize Hormuz. IRGC claims win.
