Chance the Rapper was making the rounds in Charlotte today and will host a surprise meet-and-greet at Hardy Boys Records in Camp North End on Wednesday night from 8 to 10 p.m., featuring exclusive merch.

The Chicago rapper, who has roots in North Carolina, is celebrating the 10th anniversary of his seminal Grammy Award-winning mixtape 'Coloring Book' this month.

He'll also perform at Charlotte’s TD Amp Ballantyne on May 22 with Winston-Salem’s TiaCorine.

While designing our apartments at Camp North End, we ran into a problem

Because of the lobby and a code required breezeway, we had three units that were cut off from the rest of the building

Living in them would feel awkward and isolating

So we pivoted

Instead of forcing three bad units, we built 13 private offices. A perfect way for entrepreneurs and small businesses to find a home at Camp

The space has its own private entrance, its own address, and its own name - WorkStation

And the best part… the 13 offices generate more revenue than the 3 apartments
