What does a full-stack engineer actually do? Think of a restaurant π½οΈ
Front end = dining room
Back end = kitchen
Database = pantry
Campus grad and engineer Adam Scott works across all three, building the platform he once learned on.
"I was skeptical about going back to school at my age," he said. "It can be hard to go back to school when you've waited and didn't enroll right out of high school."
He graduated with straight A's and every certification the program offers. Today Adam is a full-stack software engineer at Campus. He builds the platform he once learned on, for students sitting where he used to sit.
So he went looking for something else. He enrolled in Campus's Online Associate of Science in Information Technology, having never written a line of code, and mostly feeling nervous about it.
Adam Scott built houses for a living. He grew up in his dad's construction business and learned the trade on job sites instead of in a classroom. He was good at it, and after enough years, his body was paying for it.
