Her analysis revealed that MSH3 loss-of-function (LOF) alterations define a subset of tumors with enhanced sensitivity to immune checkpoint blockade beyond MSI status.

These results supported MSH3 LOF as a potential predictive biomarker for immunotherapy benefit and highlighted the value of large-scale clinico-genomic analyses in biomarker discovery. #ASCO26
