We're bringing our US–Iran Media Insights series to London.
On 18 November, CARMA will host the fourth session in the series: an exclusive, in-person roundtable at the Institute of Directors, bringing together senior marketing and communications leaders to explore how the US–Iran war is shaping global media narratives and what this means for organisations and their communications strategies.
With the conflict continuing to dominate global media headlines, how can organisations manage reputation, understand stakeholder perceptions, anticipate emerging risks and navigate an increasingly complex global information environment?
Drawing on CARMA's latest research across mainstream and social media, Mazen Nahawi, CARMA CEO, will examine the narratives, emerging themes and influential voices shaping global perceptions of the conflict.

Which Madani policies are winning the narrative, and where is the story getting lost?
On 4 November in Putrajaya, we shared the first look at The Putrajaya Pulse 2026, CARMA’s media perception report on the Malaysian Government.
Jeremiah Rodrigues and Zafirah Zamri walked our guests through the analysis of 10,000+ news articles and 10,000+ social posts from June to September 2026.
A glimpse of what we covered:
- Technology and digital economy policies earned the most positive coverage
- Politics and elections drove more conversation on social media than in the news
Thank you to everyone who joined us, and for the thoughtful questions and conversations.
We can’t wait to share the full report with you. Stay tuned! In the meantime, our reputation research moves to Singapore. Join us on 11 November, 11:00-11:40am to uncover CARMA’s Singapore Reputation Report 2026, with Pearl Ong and Mae Chong.

Reputation is shaped by more than headlines.
We're pleased to see Saudi Arabia's General Authority for Media Regulation highlighting findings from the sixth edition of CARMA's Saudi Arabia Reputation Report.
One finding worth highlighting: 61% of international audiences cite personal experience as a factor shaping their perception of Saudi Arabia, while 45% point to news coverage.
It's an important reminder that media visibility is only one part of the reputation equation.
For communications professionals, the real value lies in understanding not just how much attention a country receives, but what influences people's perceptions and how those perceptions evolve.
Thank you to the General Authority for Media Regulation for bringing these findings into the conversation.

Last month, we brought communications leaders together in Geneva for a conversation that’s quickly moving up every comms agenda: how AI is changing the way organisations are seen.
AI has moved from a productivity tool to strategic infrastructure. It increasingly shapes what audiences learn about a brand before they ever read a headline or visit a website. For PR and comms teams, that changes what reputation management means and what needs to be measured.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and to Orla Graham for leading such a thoughtful session. Next we have London workshop on 3rd November and Milan on 10th November.

What does AI say about your organisation?
PR leaders are hearing this question more and more, often right after the CEO has asked AI and didn’t like the answer. A few prompts and some screenshots won’t give you a proper picture.
In our latest article, Chip Griffin, CARMA’s Chief Strategy Officer and a specialist in PR and communications, explains how CARMA answers this new question with two products that work together:
🔹 AI Visibility, available inside CARMA Insight platform, tracks how you appear in AI answers across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok and Mistral, in the markets that matter to you.
🔹 LLM Perception is an analyst-led engagement in which our CARMA experts dig into. They look at what those results mean for your reputation and what to do about them.
The dashboard shows visibility, share of voice, average rank, the sources AI cites and the answers themselves, all in line with AMEC’s GEO Principles. That gives you a clear picture to take to leadership, not a pile of screenshots.

“If we want a modern economy, a modern workforce and AI-enabled industries, we need compute. And if we’re going to have compute, we need electricity.”
Scepticism about AI’s energy demands is coming through strongly in traditional and social media, both across the region and in Europe. So how should organisations respond?
In CARMA’s global webinar series, From Megawatts to Message, Daniel Azaria, Communications Manager at European Energy, tells Paige Lingwood why now is the time to make a case.
