@ginbecker1 @NurseStandard 12 hour shifts should be removed for fast paced critical care environments such as ED. Work productivity decreases and the mental load takes it toll. There is a culture of accepting poor behaviours and work ethic and people leaving their shifts early as “they are on a 12 hr”

What a year to embark on a new role within the Biosecurity Team. The complexities of Omicron unleashing as 3500 people were due to arrive in Australia. True testament to TA and the Medical Team for delivering such a world class tournament and some of the best finals in history.
