@_w3ndyy_@Ticketmaster If you see a post you think is above face value, please hit that red flag to "report this listing." Our team reviews all of the flags and posts that are above face get removed. We are working on the integration with TM to verify face value on new listings.
@SillyHonky Hi there sorry just seeing this. If you're having an issue setting up PayPal with your account it's best to open a support ticket here and our team will help you out: https://t.co/keTFtjRLsX
@CurtisSable@axs Sorry for the delayed reply. We're not on X much these days. Did you get this resolved? If you're having issues with a particular sale it's best to open a support ticket and keep it in the official channel so our team can help you out directly.
@ScottFriedman3@Harry_Styles Our new integration with Ticketmaster will solve this 100% as the face value price will be validated directly from the source. This feature is rolling out on select events now…and we are so excited to see how it can lock it all down!
@ScottFriedman3@Harry_Styles You’re right man. Tickets on CashorTrade should be Face Value or Less only. It is the only platform where members can report and flag posts that violate that policy like this. It will notify our team for review and may suspend the post.
@ScottFriedman3@Harry_Styles Hope this helps shed some light on how the process works on CashorTrade and the steps we are actively taking to ensure face value pricing.
@ScottFriedman3@Harry_Styles This new feature is being introduced one event at a time, so until integrations are live for all events, users should still use the ‘flag’ option, so our team can address the listing in question.
@ScottFriedman3@Harry_Styles This is where the primary ticketing integrations come in! Once we have the event enabled for the primary integration, when a user creates a listing, the system can confirm the original pricing, enforce the listed price, and correct uncertainty re: listed price vs face value.
Validating tickets at the source is the only way to keep them at face value.
No more above-face or fake receipts. Just verified pricing, real tickets, & direct transfers.
This isn’t an acquisition—it’s verification.

@wudupbigmirm Thanks for being a part of the Face Value Movement over the years. The mission remains the same - to keep tickets at face value. This is the first of many steps towards the goal of verifying every ticket at face value.

@TourWrangler From our help center article on face value:
"What counts as face value? The ticket's original printed cost from the primary purchase receipt.
Include primary retailer fees (not secondary inflation or resale fees)"
