Still struggling to find words to explain how special it was to be at the first women’s @ArmyvNavyRugby at @Twickenhamstad
Best I stick to photos.

Our first guests for the year arrive today. Looking forward to at the very least putting some smiles on faces today. #CrisisAtChristmas ...and New Year.

❤️🎅🎄
While most people are logging off for Christmas, we're raring to go! Our first hotel guests arrive tomorrow! So it seems like a good time to get the #CrisisRocks party started - our annual playlist of tracks by supporters who are raising funds to help #EndHomelessness.
The longer someone is homeless the harder it becomes to support them back into a place where their life is ok.
I've volunteered for years, had countless conversations, tried my best to help people feel human, but it never feels quite enough.
I still hope...

The 4th HMS Oardacious Gala took place in the Greenwich Old Royal Naval College Painted Hall, fundraising for @RNRMC.
Thank you to everyone who helped make it a special and successful event and helping us take our fundraising to the next level!

Yesterday I said bye to my car Holly. She made it to the B&Q car park where WeBuyAnyCar gave me £207.
I got her nearly 10 years ago at 21,000 miles. We parted on 194,954.
She'd taken me countless sporting events & more.
She didn't owe me anything.
Ta Holly ❤️🚘

Such a moving, vital piece from @Athersmike but it shouldn’t be on the sports pages. More people should read it. Graham Thorpe was so afflicted by depression he took his own life. As his widow says: ‘There is nothing to hide, it is not a stigma.’ https://t.co/hIWdZ3bcfe
