@ClubWPTGold I’m posting this publicly because I have been unable to get this resolved through support. I changed my email address for redemptions before my recent withdrawal was processed, yet the funds were still sent to my old email address, causing the redemption to fail and the funds to be returned.

I’ve already provided support with documentation. Please respond and resolve this.
