Follow up on my Jan 6 post: @FedEx#FedExSucks !!! @FedExHelp DMs me and offers a link to a refund form (to get me to stop posting about how bad they are) and the refund is denied. I pay $200 for an overnight AM delivery, took 4 days to deliver, & they refuse to refund.

How bad can @AmericanAir be? There are now 23 people waiting to check bags in the Priority line at the C17 area at DFW and no agent for the Priority customers. They are taking a Priority customer every 3 to 4 non Priority customers. I’ve been in line 17 minutes and haven’t moved
How can @FedEx be so bad? I filed a claim on November 6 for an overnight package that TOOK A MONTH to be delivered (medicine that needed to be kept cool; needless to say, the ice pack thawed...). Claim C-168287936. I first tweeted about this on November 20 and still NO ONE from @FedExHelp has contacted me or my assistant.
@FedEx My 3 box shipment under Tracking Number # 770075475080 sent overnite on Wednesday, to arrive yesterday, still hasn't arrived. And the lastest email from FedEx at 3:22 AM today says "Part of your shipment is out for delivery". So at least a day late and maybe not all 3 boxes??? @FedExHelp How can FedEx be so bad???

@LifeLock How do I get someone to answer the phone and take my identity theft claim? I have been on hold twice now today, the first time for 59 minutes and this time I am still on hold at one hour and 5 minutes.
