@PimlicoPlumbers I was quoted for leaking roof and paid Β£1.2k deposit to get the work started. Roofer came and tripled the quote. The quote is outrageous so I need to think if I will go ahead. Yu are refusing to pay me back my Β£1.2k deposit. Pls advise?

@KLM_UK trying to book flights with you but your customer services will not tell me if there if a bassinet available until after I book the flight. It is a 16 hour flight and I am travelling alone with an infant. If you can tell me after I book, why canβt you tell me before?

@easyJet we are flying to Athens today from Gatwick & are easyJet plus card holders. When we checked in our suitcases we offered to check our handluggage too but they wanted to charge us. Now there is a big struggle for everyone to fit their suitcases (surprise surprise!)
