Obsidian is wrapped up. Distribution day in the pond.

Unstake every Turtle on Obsidian first. Then hit the native site and claim any earnings while you’re fully unstaked. Do that now so nothing sits stuck between contracts.

In the next couple hours we’re distributing mint funds and royalties, then posting the new Obsidian staking pool announcement and the distributionof funds. It should be live within 24 hours. Native first, Obsidian second. When the new pool goes up, leave at least one Turtle in wallet. Don’t max-stake every shell.

Native stake keeps the NFT in your wallet on purpose. That’s how you still secondary-stake on Obsidian, trade on marketplaces if you need to, flex the PFP on FlexToEarn, and use the same shell in @OthersideMeta plus whatever integrations come next. Tokens lock. The turtle stays yours. One leftover turtle keeps FlexToEarn, PFPs, trades, playable turtle use open, and your role in discord.

54,000 CRO from the latest 200 mints has been allocated as follows:

• 21% (11,340 CRO) — Startup costs reimbursement (already spent)
• 17% (9,180 CRO) + previously allocated 1,422.9 CRO in turtlesnft.cro — Obsidian staking pool
• 21% (11,340 CRO) — Build funds used to pay remainder of 3D GLB file + design work
• 19% (10,260 CRO) — $TURTLE buybacks + staking emissions (price shopped across DEXes)
• 22% (11,880 CRO) — Liquidity burns

Buyback details:
🔸️Best execution was on SushiSwap (4,723,875.84 $TURTLE, 0.44 CRO fee).
🔸️1,000,000 $TURTLE sent immediately to the Redemption Vault (now 58,343,885 $TURTLE / $7,717~USD, 5,491 $TURTLE per NFT).
🔸️Remainder 3,723,875 $TURTLE sent to turtlestaking.cro.
🔸️2026 annual buybacks now sit at 4,470,814 $TURTLE (destined for staking top-ups + remainder to vault in May 2027).

Liquidity burns:
All $TURTLE used for today’s LP burns came from mint funds and was sent back to the minting contract after the burns were completed.
