🎉Channel 4’s New Writers Scheme 2025/6 has officially launched!

Last week, we welcomed seventeen emerging writers from across the UK to our national HQ in Leeds, for three days of expert talks and bespoke training.

Over the next nine months, they’ll develop their first pilot episode-spec for TV, with expert guidance and mentoring from scripted indies and a script editor, alongside feedback from Channel 4.

✅3–6 years’ experience within digital production (Producer level or above)
✅ Passion for Digital content and strong knowledge of Social
