Leadership isn’t doing more hair.
Leadership is removing distractions so your artists can do their best work.
The less they’re worrying about everything else…
The more they’re able to focus on creating.
One of the biggest mistakes owner-operators make…
They never fully stop thinking like a stylist.
Their chair stays the priority.
Meanwhile, the team they’re trying to build becomes secondary
You stop managing one chair.
Now you’re managing:
• Systems
• Inventory
• Training
• Scheduling
• Personality
Your attention shifts from one client…
to an entire salon

The demand for travel experiences continues to grow rapidly (20% in the last year)
There’s a few things that make this all work in 2023
So for those who would like to learn my step-by-step formula to get started with short term rentals, DM me
"STR"
So that's what I'd do if I had $20k to get started in real estate.
Once I had my first property set up,
I'd go and look for the next one.
Then I'd take profits and start the 3rd one.
And then keep repeating the process...
It takes me around $12k to furnish a property.
The total cost of setting up a property (example):
Rent: $2,300
Furniture: $12K
Security deposit: $2,300
So it takes me around $16k total to set up the whole property.
Once the property is set up, it's ready to be listed immediately
