Por si os interesa: actualmente, las cuentas que promocionan casas de apuestas están utilizando otros métodos para publicitarlas de forma ilegal.

La CNMC tiene un canal específico donde podéis presentar una queja (no denuncia anónima) sobre este tipo de contenido: publicidad encubierta de influencers/usuarios de especial relevancia.

Requiere vuestro nombre y correo, pero no se hace pública ni se traslada al denunciado. La multa a la que se enfrentaría el infractor oscilaría entre 10.000 € y 1,5 millones de euros, según la gravedad de la infracción.

En este canal podéis reportar tanto publicidad de casas de apuestas no marcada, como la de Kalshi y Polymarket (aunque estén marcadas), ya que la DGOJ las ha expedientado y bloqueado por operar sin licencia en España.

Solo tenéis que entrar en este enlace y rellenar los datos con la plantilla que os voy a dejar abajo.

A ver si entre todos conseguimos acabar con el cáncer de los tweets bait de casas de apuestas.
