“We have knocked on every door, but no one has listened. I had asked for dialogue only once, and that too was conditional upon commissions to investigate the events of November 26th (2024) and May 9th (2023) being formed. It was Asim Munir who ordered the shooting of unarmed civilians on November 26th. I reiterate there is no longer any room for dialogue because this group has completely hijacked the entire system.

I have instructed Barrister Gohar, Salman Akram Raja, Ali Amin Gandapur, and Junaid Akbar to ensure the protest movement runs with full force. The objective of this movement must be the restoration of justice, the supremacy of law, and the protection of the Constitution. If we fail to raise our voices in the streets, this group of oppressors will gradually finish off our parliamentary party as well. I am standing firm; all of you must also stand firm.

Eighty percent of the people of Pakistan stand with me and we are entitled to fight for our rights. I am aware that 90% of the electoral fraud took place between polling and the compilation of results. I campaigned for the implementation of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) for two years. If EVMs had been used on February 8th (2024), the game would have ended there and then. I still say today: if transparent elections are desired, EVMs must be introduced, and rigging will end once and for all.”

Imran Khan, Bushra Bibi, and approximately one thousand others are illegally imprisoned. Over 40,000 have been imprisoned and subsequently released on bail over the past 3 years. Those on bail are facing fake trials across Pakistan.

When judges tried to dispense justice, this illegal government and their masters passed the 26th Amendment. This gave them the freedom to remove or bypass judges who wanted to honour their oath and dispense justice. The amendment did away with seniority. The Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court, Sarfraz Dogar, was hand-picked. He has been tasked with ensuring that Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi are not granted bail. That is why he refuses to entertain their bail petitions.

The Chief Justice of Pakistan was also selected out of turn. CJP Yahya Afridi should have stood by the three Supreme Court judges who ordered that Imran Khan be transferred to Shifa International Hospital for an independent medical examination and treatment.

Yesterday, 16 September 2026, we witnessed the collapse of the Supreme Court when those same judges did not proceed with the contempt-of-court hearing against the government. The Attorney General did not even bother to appear for the contempt-of-court hearing!

In 2007, the lawyers brought down the dictator General Musharraf when they came out onto the streets to stand with the judiciary and defend the rule of law. In 2007, dictator Musharraf had removed only the Chief Justice without due process.

In 2026, the entire judicial system has collapsed. In 2007, we all stood with the lawyers for the restoration of the Chief Justice of Pakistan. In 2026, we will stand with the lawyers for the restoration of justice in Pakistan.

Pakistan Insaaf Lawyers Forum (ILF) should take the lead immediately and without delay. The collapse of the judicial system will lead to anarchy, something Pakistan can ill afford! The time to stand for justice, the judiciary, and the rule of law is now!!!

سیالکوٹ میں جہاں میں نے رات گزارنی وہاں کی بجلی کاٹ دی گئی۔ اس کے بعد ۲ جگہوں کی مزید بجلی کاٹنے کے بعد میں وزیر آباد آگیا ہوں۔ اب یہاں کی بجلی بھی کاٹ دی گئی ہے۔ اب یہاں سے کہیں اور نہیں جا سکتا۔

ناجائز نظام کی پیداوار فارم 47 کی جعلی وزیر اعلیٰ نے پنجاب کے ساتھ لگنے والے پاکستان کے تینوں دیگر صوبوں کو دہشتگردی کی بنیاد قرار دے دیا ہے اور پاکستان میں ہونے والی دہشتگردی کے حوالے سے مودی اور انڈیا کو کلین چٹ دے دی ہے۔

اس کے بیان نے ریاست پاکستان کے عالمی سطح پر دہشتگردی کے حوالے سے مؤقف کو تباہ کر کے رکھ دیا ہے، اور اس نظام کو بنانے اور چلانے والوں کی سوچ پر بھی مزید سوال کھڑے کر دئیے ہیں !!

یاد رہے کہ پاکستان اور بھارت کی جنگ کے دوران بھی نوازشریف سمیت یہ ٹولہ غائب رہا تھا اور جنگ کے خاتمے تک کوئی بیان نہیں آیا۔اور ڈان لیکس کے زریعے بھی دہشتگردی کا الزام پاکستان پر لگا دیا تھا- یہ ہمیشہ قومی مفاد کے آگے ذاتی مفاد کو ترجیح دیتے ہیں - پاکستان، پاکستانی اور پاکستانی ادارے صرف ان کے لئے تبھی قابل احترام رہتے ہیں جب تک یہ ان کی ذاتی مفادات کا تحفظ کرتے ہیں۔

چھوٹے صوبوں کے خلاف تعصب بھرا لہجہ PMLN کے پاکستان کو تقسیم کرنے کی سوچ کی عکاسی کرتا ہے- لیکن اب تین وفاقی اکائیوں کو دہشتگردی کی بنیاد قرار دے دینا ملک کی بنیادوں کو مزید تباہ کرنے کے مترادف ہے-

ان لوگوں کو 8 فروری 2024 کو ناصرف پاکستان بلکہ پنجاب اور لاہور کی عوام بھی مسترد کر چکے ہیں۔ اس شرمناک شکست کے باوجود ایسی گھٹیا سوچ کے لوگوں کو اقتدار پر بٹھانے اور انگلی پکڑ کر چلانے والوں کے لیے یہ ایک مزید سبق ہے کہ عوام کے ووٹ اور عوام کے فیصلے کی قدر نہ کر کے ملک مضبوط نہیں تباہ ہو جاتے ہیں۔

My sister, Dr Uzma Khan, filed a petition before the Supreme Court on the 6th of May 2026 through Uzair Karamat Bhandari, ASC, for Imran Khan’s examination and treatment in the presence of his personal doctors and family members.
On 18th August, a three-member Supreme Court bench ordered the government to shift Imran Khan to Shifa International Hospital within 2 days. The government blatantly violated the order.
The government did not shift Imran Khan to Shifa International Hospital. All the other aspects of the order have also been disobeyed.
The Supreme Court had also ordered:
1.Constitution of a medical board in consultation and coordination with the management of Shifa International Hospital
2.Dr Faisal Sultan, Imran Khan’s personal physician, to be associated with the medical examination and treatment
3.Imran Khan be allowed to speak to his sons twice a week
4.Imran Khan be allowed to meet with his family once a week.

All the above reliefs were in accordance with the Constitution, Prison Rules and earlier orders/precedents.
NONE of the above directions have been complied with. The only limited access granted to the family has been to my sister, Noreen Niazi, who was allowed to meet Imran Khan on each of the previous two Tuesdays. Inexplicably, before meeting Imran Khan she was made to sign an affidavit undertaking that she will not speak to the press after the meeting.
In view of the gross and deliberate violation of the order, Dr Uzma Khan filed a petition for contempt of court. Despite the fact that our lawyer, Uzair Bhandari, filed two applications, early fixation and hearing of the contempt petition has not been granted and it has been fixed on 16th September.
The Constitution and the law require proper check up and treatment for Imran Khan and an END to his torture through isolation and solitary confinement!! This is what the Supreme Court order required. The demand that this be done is not extraordinary: these are Imran Khan’s fundamental rights guaranteed by the Constitution. If the government has no respect for the Constitution and the decisions of the Supreme Court, and can simply disregard its orders, what other forum is left for us?
