@BulbUK She rang this number and was told a new card would be sent in 2-3 days, however please bare in mind Royal Mail strikes. My mum won’t say this because she doesn’t want to be a burden but she has heart problems and you’re leaving her without any heating or hot water

My 84 y/o Auntie fell in @marksandspencer in Doncaster (she’s okay and it was nobodies fault) but she received a lovely letter from them after it happened. 3 years ago she fell on a @FirstSouthYorks because the driver pulled away before she was sat down which caused her to break
