@KatHutchison90 @PamCoombs@browntiana_ Constant, eat enough fat to support proper hormonal functions, and let the rest fall into place within a calorie range that keeps you in a deficit and just live life. Just my opinion, I don't understand why everyone has to make it so life altering 🤷🏼♂️
@KatHutchison90 @PamCoombs@browntiana_ Medical reasons aside, eating 50g carb/90g fat instead of 140g carb/50g fat or some similar moderate approach makes no sense. Same calories, same results, except one is much easier to sustain. Or even varying those values daily based on what you FEEL like eating. Keep protein
