I just bought ZOWIE 360hz monitor (XL2566K) and I can't turn on 360hz in CS. If I use 16:9 which I'm currently playing with, it only lets me use 60hz, but if I use 16:10 or 4:3 it lets me use 360hz. Does anyone know how to fix this?

3 times now I have gotten a bug where I can't use anything but my mouse. I can't switch weapons, open chat or move and the only thing I can do is open console and shoot. To fix it I need to reconnect. Does anyone know if this is game bug or am I doing something wrong here?
