Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 और IPC की धारा 326B (Section 124(2) BNS) में discrepancy को दूर करते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि जब तक उपरोक्त अधिनियम में acid attack victims की परिभाषा में संशोधन नहीं किया जाता, acid administer करने या attempt के victim सम्मिलित माने जाएंगे और उन्हें क़ानून के तहत् लाभ की पात्रता होगी।

नरेंद्र मोदी ने आज भारतवासियों को तोहफा दिया है।

अब उज्ज्वला योजना के तहत लोगों को सब्सिडी वाले सिर्फ 4 सिलेंडर मिलेंगे, जबकि पहले 9 सिलेंडर मिला करते थे। इससे लोगों के लिए चूल्हा जलाना तक मुश्किल हो जाएगा।

नरेंद्र मोदी ने एक दावे में कहा था कि भारत दुनिया की तीसरी सबसे बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्था बनेगा और 2024 तक 5 ट्रिलियन डॉलर की इकॉनमी बन जाएगा।

लेकिन आज हकीकत ये है कि 4 ट्रिलियन डॉलर से कम की इकॉनमी हो गई है और भारत छठीं अर्थव्यवस्था पर खिसक गया है।

डॉलर के मुकाबले रुपया लगातार गिर रहा है, जिसका सीधा असर भारत की अर्थव्यवस्था पर पड़ रहा है और एक गहरा आर्थिक संकट पैदा हो रहा है।

हाल ही में GDP का ग्रोथ रेट 7.7% बताया गया था, लेकिन देश फिर भी GDP टारगेट से लगातार चूक रहा है। इसका कारण है कि विदेशी निवेशक बाहर जा रहे हैं। खुद भारत के Industrialist देश के बजाए विदेश में निवेश कर रहे हैं।

देश की अर्थव्यवस्था पर मोदी सरकार की नीतियों का ये असर है।
