The William Ruto government has released just KSh188 per student as capitation for the term.

A circular sent to regional education directors and schools confirms it.

Out of that KSh188, KSh40 is earmarked for books.

Now, be honest: how is a school supposed to run on KSh 188 per learner for an entire term? And how many exercise books can KSh40 buy in this economy?

Yet you will hear some leaders still stand on podiums and proudly claim education is “free.”

This is not capitation. It is underfunding disguised as support.

Education is not free if schools are starving.

Parliament must intervene because if this is the value the government has placed on a child’s education, then we are in serious trouble.

Senior secondary schools had already alerted the Ministry of Education that a significant number of Grade 10 students had failed to report due to fees challenges. The Ministry engaged the Executive, and an internal resolution was reached. Yet instead of communicating this transparently as a policy decision, the President later announced it theatrically at a public rally framed as a sudden directive ordering all learners back to school. Almost simultaneously, the Education CS issued a breakdown of the “presidential order,” inviting the public to believe that government had swiftly engineered a solution.

That choreography is what raises concern.
What President Ruto has presented as rescue is, in reality, postponement. Parents are not being relieved of the fees burden; the deadline is being pushed to a later date when the “parent is ready.” But readiness is not a function of time alone,it is a function of income. How does a household with no stable financial means suddenly become ready in two or three months?

According to Education CS Migos Ogamba the government reliance is on school capitation to plug the gap for Term One and allow learners report unconditionally. What happens in Term Two, Term Three, and in the years ahead? And beyond 2027, when every year will bring a fresh cohort of Junior Secondary graduates transitioning to Grade 10?

Education policy cannot survive on improvisation and political optics. We need long-term financing models, predictable subsidies & Honest leadership.What Kenyans deserve is a sustainable framework not rally-stage pronouncements followed by hurried circulars.

If Government continues to treat critical sectors like education and health as arenas for political messaging rather than serious policy planning, the casualties are ordinary families and children whose futures depend on stability, not spectacle.

My fellow Kenyans,

I have reviewed some documents and seen some concerning updates.

The Ruto government has applied for another World Bank loan for Affordable Housing, over $1 Billion(129billion ksh), with the World Bank committing $500 million.

Yet every working Kenyan is already paying a housing levy every month.

On top of that, the houses are sold to buyers, not given for free.

The land is public land, with no purchase cost.
Contractors enjoy tax exemptions.

So the question is simple:
If Kenyans are funding this project through levies and purchases, why are we still borrowing?
Where are these loans going?

This is not accountability.
It increasingly looks like Kenyans are being overcharged to finance debt.

We demand the cancellation of this loan.

Parliament has invited your views on the Turkana Oil FDP that we are considering currently. You should pay attention because this is Ruto’s biggest scandal yet.

1. The ownership of the Company that is to produce the oil (Gulf Energy, Formerly Tullow) changed names and hands multiple times in a matter of weeks. Days even. Your lawyer will tell you thats symptomatic of attempts to mask real ownership. It is telling that the current FDP was approved by government days after the last ownership changes.

2. The Original production contract has been varied a million times. Most notably on 25th November 2025 just days after the last ownership changes, to raise the maximum recoverable cost for petroleum production from the initial 55% to 85%. Kenyans will never see any real benefit from that oil.

3. On the same day Clause 27(2)(b) was amended to expand the definition of capital
expenditure to include expenditure on labour, fuel, repairs, maintenance,
hauling, mobilisation and supplies and materials relating to production,
development, exploration and appraisal and decommissioning costs. We may basically never see a coin from our oil.

4. Crucially, we in the Senate passed the Local Content bill which requires the oil company to utilize locally available resources including labour and supplies. They have cleverly made the current agreement with Gulf exempt from such legislation.

We don’t have leaders. We have dealers in government who don’t care about anything other than themselves.

We are being ruled by the worst government in our history.

They forced a Housing Levy on Kenyans, promising homes for the poor.

Then, behind our backs they ran to the World Bank and took a LOAN in Kenya’s name for the same project.

And now, they’ve applied for another one.

Tell me, isn’t this madness? Isn’t this disrespect? Isn’t this open robbery of a nation’s future?

Not every hospital in Mandera or Homa Bay is defrauding ShA. Many are genuinely serving patients & receiving fair reimbursements. Same in Garissa, wajir etc ,yes, a few fishy facilities, but most looked okay.

This is NOT about tribe or party. I don’t care if Duale is replaced by another Somali, or if they’re UDA or ODM. What Kenyans want is simple: leaders who protect ShA, not loot it.

If ShA keeps bleeding like this, it risks being bankrupt by 2029. That means ALL Kenyans, Mandera, Homa Bay, Nairobi, everywhere lose.

After we exposed Ayale Nursing Home, which received over 8 million Ksh from ShA yet doesn’t even exist, the Ministry of Health rushed to release a statement claiming they had “suspended” it.

But here’s the fraud:

The real Ayale Nursing Home (ghost one) had registration number KECHN(25473) I pulled this directly from the MoH database before they disabled it.

The “suspended” one in their statement carried registration number 019064.

Completely different numbers, yet same name and purported location.

This means the original ghost Ayale Nursing Home will continue getting ShA money.

Duale thinks Kenyans are fools.

This is exactly why Aden Duale must go and why the Ministry of Health must be disbanded.

They’re pretending to act, but in reality, they’re protecting the theft.

This past week/weekend, the prominent Zimbabwean scammer Wicknell Chivayo was in Statehouse Nairobi meeting Ruto. The last time he was in Kenya was about 3 months ago during a closed door meeting where he was handed a document in an official govt of Kenya emblazoned folder.
You see the reason why these two incidents are very important is because after the 2023 Zimbabwean election, it emerged that there had been massive fraudulent corruption perpetrated by the government through a South African Family owned Company called Ren-form that supplies all sorts of electoral material specifically focusing of biometric kits and ballot papers. This company after receiving funds from the government then goes ahead to wire Wicknell funds to his company Intratrek as he is the 'Local agent.'
In one of the incidents, a server that goes for about R 90,000 was billed at R23,000,000. BVR kits they had quoted at $5,000 tripled pricing in the final invoice to ZEC (Zimbabwean Electoral Commission) and we're sold for $16,000 a piece. Interestingly enough, on both occasions that he has been in Kenya, he has also passed by the Tanzanian Statehouse to meet the other embattled president Samia Suluhu. This so called system maintenance is not coincidental that it happened on the same weekend when the biggest electoral fraud perpetrator was in the country.
This is a story I've followed for over a year now. From their official introduction by Mnangagwa at Statehouse Zimbabwe to Dubai for that Climate maneno. Will keep updating as we go.
