@Creetastrophe @AmericanAir Nah. It was on my boarding pass. Legit just double sold the seat and had me folded like a lawn chair. Even though my receipt shows the seat I bought.... and no one I spoke to "handled" those things

So gave @AmericanAir a try again and this is what happens. When you pay to pick a seat with extra leg room, it means nothing. Receipt shows the right paid seat but boarding pass had a different seat. At 6'3", couldn't even put the tray down. Full flight so nothing could be done..
