I will keep it 100% I'm a professional chef. This is honest. Real good smoked salmon actually looks like what's in the package. That really pink stuff is some weird fantastical thing that looks like artificially smoked salmon or just raw salmon. I actually worked at the Acme Smoked Seafood place in Brooklyn, New York for a TV spot. It was like a tour where I did some hands on work. That place is clean and they do a great job. I don't know why they are messing around with that color shift stuff. It's a terrible idea.
