At this point every Chelsea fan is calm, while we wait for the transfer window to open in 10 days time, then will start having glimpse of what the next Chelsea squad will look like, by the beginning of September, what the season would look like will be known to many.

@NizaarKinsella For all I care, have seen enough of him, he should just find another average team where he can be their top player and perform very well for them.

Xabi Alonso does not solve all the Chelsea or squad problems, which includes:
1. Signing players that upgrade the squad immediately.
2. Xabi Alonso makes all Squad or team decisions
3. Downgrade the SDs with one good replacement
4. Make proper plan to sell the club.
Am Waiting
@CFC_V_ Yes! Who ever doesn't want to stay should go, we need sanity within the squad, but at the same time it's not their fault. This same player is been committed to the club through thick and thin! at this point it's BLUECO OUT!
While it is already looking like BLUECO doesn't have money anymore, why not just sell the club now that every where is still very calm and in control, I really don't understand what they're waiting for or doing right now.
If the Chelsea board do not abolish the unnecessary wage cap, no top or experience player will be signing for Chelsea this summer, and we the fans might just make do with the naive and mediocrity the always invest into.
Mind you Xabi Alonso has nothing to loose.
How can a club ownership give themselves 60% wage increase with 40% going to the SDs who have done nothing but dismantled a Champion league team and gave just 6% increase to the players who will work their socks out to bring in the money.
If there's any "Self Reflection" for Chelsea ownership to do, one of it should be the "Wage Structure" No top player will earn less than 200k a week, am surprised at this point Chelsea could do nothing with free agent like John Stone, Konate.
