Stepwise process

Men: think > feel > do - this creates an iterative loop. Do not involve women in the thinking process.

Women: do > feel > think - this also creates an iterative loop.

At the men’s doing stage, that is when you bring women in to do. When it’s impactful, that’s when they will feel. If they feel, then you have done a good job.

After feeling, that’s when women will start thinking. Since she’s already thinking, you turn on you restart your iterative process at the thinking stage. You are now at the same stage with her. This is when you brainstorm with her.

As you are brainstorming, you will start feeling things, but she will not feel anything. This is when you break out of the mutual loop and you go to do again.
