This morning, we carried out a walkabout across the Hartsbourne estate, we come across a couple of issues which we will forward onto the relevant channels, thank you to those who came along and took part. @BelleValeLabour

At today’s Board meeting, we discussed how we have fed into the governments consultation around managing cases of damp and professional standards in housing, our Gas servicing contract renewal, and budgets for the next financial year @RiversideUK @BelleValeLabour @KellyKelly908

At this month’s Board meeting, attendee’s included Riversides Brian Dimmock & Cllr Ruth Bennett, discussions included, our local letting plan, ASB, tenants welfare, policies around damp management and customer engagement.

EMB staff with LCC Cllr Lynnie Hinnigan, PCSO Neil and Riverside’s Housing Officer Bukkie carried out a walkabout this morning on the Hartsbounre estate, overall the estate looked tidy except for the autumn leaves on the ground.

The EMB are delighted they won the Best Project 2023 by the Tenant Management Federation for all their hard work clearing out ready for relaunching the Community Walled Garden on Haslemere Road. Staff member Shaun did get a telling off for trying to pinch the certificate 😊

A good afternoon's work yesterday, all the bags of rubbish collected, a huge thank you to the volunteers who took part to help keep the Hartsbourne estate clean and tidy.

@ChildwallEMB we are undertaking an Estate Litter Pick on Wednesday 29th March as part of the Great British Spring Clean in conjunction with @KeepBritainTidy and @Liverpoolcitycouncil

This morning the EMB carried out an estate walkabout, generally the estate looked tidy, albeit issues with litter and dog fouling, which we will be address on our estate litter pick later this month. Attendee’s today were LCC Councillors, Riverside and the EMB Board.

The EMB will be carrying out an Estate Walkabout on Thursday 16th March leaving the EMB office at 10am (weather permitting) On the walkabout with us, will be EMB Board members, Local Councillors and representatives from Riverside Housing.

The EMB have now got a #skyvac gutter cleaner allowing us to access gutters 3 storeys high, reach beyond obstacles like conservatories, with no need for ladders #skyvac has cameras on carbon poles, and vacuums the debris away, making cleaning gutters far easier and much safer.

Childwall EMB have set up a small Community Pantry in their office reception area for residents who live on the Hartsbourne estate. There is no criteria and it’s totally free for them to use.
