This man used his vehicle to target Rep. Max Miller.

Tailgating aggressively.
Blasting the horn nonstop.
Swerving into Miller’s lane.

Forcing desperate evasive maneuvers to avoid a catastrophic crash.

Almost ran him off the road.

Then he waved a Palestinian flag.

And per initial reports and the congressman’s 911 call, he screamed:

“DEATH TO ISRAEL.”
“I’M GOING TO KILL YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.”

Miller’s family was in the car.
Children. Wife.
Broad daylight.
Pure terror.

Original indictment charges:

Ethnic intimidation
Tampering with evidence
Aggravated menacing
Menacing

Today he walked into court and pleaded guilty to…

Disorderly conduct
Obstructing official business
Willful/wanton disregard for safety (basically reckless driving)

All the serious charges? Dropped.

Sentence? 90 days in jail. Most suspended.
1 year probation.
100 hours community service.

A joke.

But it gets worse.

Right after pleading guilty, he turned around and SUED THE VICTIM.

Claims Miller “damaged his reputation” by calling out his deranged behavior.

No, doctor.

Your actions damaged your reputation.

You endangered an American congressman and his family on the highway.

You got caught.

You took a sweetheart plea deal.

And now you’re playing victim?

Absolute clown world.

This man should never be allowed near a patient again. Especially Jewish ones.

Report him to the Ohio Medical Board.

Demand his license revoked.
