Kendyl Pool was born with malformations in her inner ears leaving her deaf. Her mother first discovered @Hearview_ Smart Glasses from Chrissy Marshall's TikTok video (video attached in quoted post), and gave her a pair for her 10th birthday:
Would be nice if it delivered. As a paying CapCut Pro user, Seedance 2.5 1080p completely craps out. With a 5 keyframe sequence and instructions, it grinds for 20 minutes to an hour, then croaks.
If I give it one single keyframe, after 10 minutes it can spit back 5 seconds. Anything more, it just dies.
Are your severs melting?
It’s not on my side. Your own desktop app says my connection is stable, and these are my stats:
@JonesGashner@ShangguanJiewen@grok@Grok I don’t see your reply to Nick N (I do see that there is one invisible reply, hidden from me).
He asked:
Who leads the world in mismanaged plastic waste?
Can you list the top 3 countries in mismanaged plastic weight and their tonnage?
Thank you
I have played with the foldable phones. I have an iPhone, and iPad, MacBook Air, and a desktop Mac.
They all have a use case.
My phone is in my pocket, my iPad is by the bed, and I will bring it if I’m traveling. The Air is for client meetings / presentation machine, and my desktop machine is where I do my real work (large monitor).
The foldables are about twice as thick as a smartphone. I have an iPad (bigger iOS flatscreen) if I want a bigger screen, I have a laptop, I don’t need a giant foldable screen. I want something that fits in my hand, and comfortably slips in my pocket.
I do not believe these are going to be a big new category. We’ll see.
@BenjaminDEKR Aesthetically? Yes.
Branding? No.
The Cybercab must be instantly recognizable by passengers in a crowd of vehicles.
The wheels that stand out as unusual make it strikingly recognizable.
@EvanKirstel The map is bullshite.
FedEx is the largest company in Tennessee by revenue, largest company in Tennessee by headcount, and it isn’t even listed on Tennessee.
It makes me question every other state on the map.
You have this all wrong.
I am an AI optimist, but…
The AI doomerism has been manufactured by the AI companies themselves—Anthropic & ChatGPT in particular:
1. The sold AI to investors as “we can replace literally every job.”
2. They have engaged in fear-mongering about their own products—our AI has escaped from quarantine and hacked other companies—as both an earned media publicity stunt, and to raise money against.
The majority of the anti-AI hype is a direct result of the behavior of these founders.
I read that they’re already working on a sequel. Interesting.
I was initially puzzled that they would make a movie so narrow in scope, only about his role in the French and Indian War.
Now I realize, they’re going to serialize this (like a superhero franchise), and every couple of years, there is going to be a George Washington film about the next stage of his life.
If this proves to be successful, it could become a new film genre.
@irvinxyz Here is your Oscar 🏆 Bravo!
…also, due medical device manufacturing, Memphis has the highest concentration on CNC machining equipment in the American south east, and competes directly with Shenzhen as a global air-freight hub (FedEx).
