🇮🇷🇺🇸 In the latest wave of U.S.-Iran exchanges, U.S. strikes targeted Iranian military sites near the Strait of Hormuz, including Qeshm Island.

Qeshm is Iran's largest island in the Persian Gulf and a key strategic area for coastal defense, radars, and naval assets.

American strikes have seemed a lot more methodical in recent days. This could indicate that they acted deliberately during previous strikes to avoid significant damage or casualties.

Now, patience is running thin.

The U.S. steered a wall of warships toward Iran today, two full aircraft carriers among them, days after Trump floated slapping the blockade back on Iranian ports.

CENTCOM put a number on it: more than 20 warships now patrolling the region, framed as routine security.

Then trackers spotted the USS Abraham Lincoln and USS George H.W. Bush sliding into the Gulf of Oman, exactly the move planners say you'd make to choke Iran's ports again, the squeeze that gutted its economy last time.

Asked if a blockade's coming, CENTCOM wouldn't touch it.
