Dad’s last flight ever with @AmericanAir
Could not be more proud of the 40+ year career of my father getting people home safely.
He spent so much time away from home, getting others home safely, so they could be with their families.
Love and am proud of you dad!
@NikkiBarnes@DeFede Or what? You’ll tweet filthy vitriolic stuff at me? Please, go ahead.
You don’t speak for the black delegation in FL. Most of those folks consider your behavior and persona abhorrent.
You’re a 50 yr old telling people to “choke on a bag of d*cks”
Grow up.
It was great welcoming @ByronDonalds, @ErikaDonalds, and @SenRickScott to House District 59 to tour Veterans Metal (a great manufacturer) and to rally for Byron! Thank you to everyone who came out for it. Great crowd!
Mr Big lost his battle today. I suppose we all knew it was coming but it still hits hard. The big gentle giant who we’ve fixed up several times slipped away gently as his options ran out. I’m happy his body can now relax as I think the pain was starting to bother him.
I get so many people asking me how to deal with the loss of a dog. It’s one of my most popular DMs. I wish I knew the answer. All I know is I like to think of the positives and the good memories. As time passes you soon realize you were so lucky to be in a dog’s presence. Probably none more so than Mr Big.
He was a bundle of fun. Always up for an adventure. Always giving 100%. The sort of dog who just makes you smile non stop. Farewell big guy ❤️
.@JeffreyBrandes is one of my dearest friends. We did a ton of good together for kids and adults in the criminal justice system. He was good to me beyond measure.
@BernyJacques is my best friend, and similarly, he’s done some incredible stuff in the justice field, particularly picking up where Jeff left off his work with at-risk youth.
Both can be great and disagree on a particular issue. But I have to disagree on your sentiments “Berny lost his identity”. As a friend, him and I have been on the other side of issues, one Brandes and I worked on: expungement.
Berny always respectfully disagreed and remained consistent on where he was on it. While I don’t agree with him, I respect his consistency.
Politics sometimes gets a bad rap, and understandably so.
But there are so many good people. The number of folks I work with in the “process” who have reached out, offered help, checked in, is countless.
Friends, family, colleagues, you are appreciated! Paige is home💕🙏🏻
How does Florida keep moving as our state continues to grow?
On Monday, October 19, the Economic Club of Miami will bring together four leaders with very different perspectives on that question for:
"The Business of Mobility: How Florida Moves People, Commerce & Opportunity"
We are excited to welcome:
Erika Donalds — an entrepreneur and policy leader whose work spans business, technology, education and public policy, bringing an important perspective on innovation and Florida’s continued growth.
Patrick Goddard, CEO of Brightline Trains Florida — leading one of the most significant private passenger rail investments in the country and helping reshape how people travel between Florida’s major economic centers.
Roberto J. Gonzalez, Miami-Dade County Commissioner — who serves as Vice Chair of the County Commission’s Aviation and Seaport Committee and brings the perspective of local government, infrastructure and regional connectivity.
Caryn Seidman Becker, Chairman & CEO of CLEAR — leading a company at the intersection of aviation, technology, security and the customer experience, with more than 43 million members nationwide.
We’ll talk about more than simply getting from Point A to Point B. Mobility is an economic issue. It affects where people live and work, where businesses invest, how visitors experience our state, and how we connect people with opportunity.
