So far @Marriott is 0 for 2. Bad service at @sheratonhotels owned by @Marriott and now Marriott Hotel quit taking care of guests and offers basic hotel service. Feel ripped off by this chain after two trips staying in different cities.

Stayed at another terrible shell of a @MarriottBonvoy @Marriott DTC Denver. All lobby shops shut down and dark. Milking CoVID for all it’s worth to save $. No in room services. At the very least drop off what guests need. 🤬 Marriott A failed soon to be defunct hotel chain!

@SweeneyABC Yep Frontier better have reinstated those hero flight attendants. That idiot passenger was a safety hazard. @FlyFrontier has become a second rate airline. They are just sad that they couldn’t figure out how to add an extra carry-on taping fee to his ticket

@MBonvoyAssist We were told by front desk this is the new hotel policy since they can’t hire hotel staff. I called and complained this morning and the finally sent housekeeping to take out the trash and restock essentials. See DM response.

Seriously @sheratonhotels what part of not offering housekeeping service, no in room coffee, no fresh towels, no TP, no taking trash out, no coffee in lobby makes you think we will ever stay with you again. Can’t blame Pandemic choosing industry trend of lousy service to save $.
